KURE is the first sparkling recovery drink built around the actual causes of a hangover — not just the symptoms. Eight clinically-supported ingredients. Zero sugar. Ten calories. One can.

We studied your liver so you didn't have to.

Every hangover product on the market treats symptoms — headache, nausea, dehydration. KURE goes deeper. We built our formula around the four root causes of how alcohol makes you feel terrible the next morning: acetaldehyde toxicity, B-vitamin depletion, electrolyte loss, and inflammation.

What's in it and why it matters

  • DHM (300mg) — Dihydromyricetin. Studied at UCLA for its role in clearing acetaldehyde, the toxic byproduct your liver produces when it breaks down alcohol. This is the compound most recovery products either skip or underdose. We lead with it.
  • NAC (600mg) — N-Acetyl Cysteine. Replenishes glutathione, your liver's primary antioxidant. Depleted by alcohol. Hospitals use IV NAC for acetaminophen overdose — it's one of the most well-studied liver-support compounds in existence.
  • B1, B6, B12 — Alcohol blocks absorption of all three acutely. Deficiency in these vitamins is directly linked to fatigue, brain fog, and the "heavy" feeling the morning after. We replace all three at therapeutic doses.
  • Magnesium glycinate (150mg) — Alcohol is a diuretic. You lose magnesium heavily when you drink. Magnesium glycinate is the most bioavailable form — better absorbed than magnesium oxide or citrate.
  • Caffeine + L-Theanine (100mg / 200mg) — Not just caffeine. The 1:2 ratio of caffeine to L-Theanine is the gold standard for smooth, focused energy without the crash or jitters. Used by everyone from fighter pilots to finance professionals.
  • Ginger extract (250mg, 5% gingerols) — Multiple randomized controlled trials confirm ginger's 5-HT3 receptor antagonism reduces nausea. Same mechanism as some prescription antiemetics. We standardize to 5% gingerols to ensure consistent potency.
  • Electrolytes (Na, K, Mg) — Sodium, potassium, magnesium. The essential three lost through alcohol-induced urination. Replacing them isn't optional — it's the baseline.

Why sparkling? Why a can?

Because you're not going to mix a powder at 8am when you feel terrible. KURE is ready when you are. Crack it, drink it, get on with your day. The citrus-ginger carbonation also settles the stomach — not incidental. We designed the flavor system specifically to work at the same pH that masks the bitterness of NAC and DHM. Zero sugar, naturally sweetened with stevia and monk fruit.

No proprietary blends. Ever.

Every dose is listed. Every ingredient is sourced. If a brand hides doses inside a "recovery blend," they're either underdosing or they don't want you to know. We show our work.

How to use KURE

Drink one can in the morning after a night out. For best results, drink a full glass of water alongside it. KURE contains 100mg of caffeine — about the same as a standard cup of coffee — so don't take it within 6 hours of bedtime. If you're sensitive to caffeine, start with half a can.

FAQ

When should I drink KURE?

The morning after drinking. It's designed for morning use — the caffeine and recovery compounds work together to help you function when your body is still processing alcohol byproducts.

Does it actually work?

The ingredients have strong individual evidence bases. DHM has been studied for acetaldehyde clearance, NAC for glutathione replenishment, ginger for nausea, and B-vitamins for alcohol-related depletion. No product can claim to "cure" a hangover — but KURE addresses more root causes than anything else in a can.

How much caffeine is in KURE?

100mg — about the same as a standard 8oz cup of coffee. Paired with 200mg of L-Theanine for smooth, sustained energy without the crash.

Is KURE safe to take every day?

All ingredients are at doses generally recognized as safe for healthy adults. As with any supplement, consult your doctor if you have medical conditions or are taking medications.

What does it taste like?

Sparkling citrus-ginger. Clean, slightly tart, not sweet. Think somewhere between a sparkling water and a ginger kombucha — with a citrus bite.

Can I subscribe?

Yes. The monthly 6-pack subscription ships automatically and saves you $6/month vs. buying singles. Cancel anytime, no fees.
